AEB Promotes Healthy Meals


AEB participated in the Culinary Institute of America Healthy Menus Collaborative Summit in Hudson Valley, NY during mid-June. Academics, representatives of major food service chains and chefs attended the three-day meeting.

Egg dishes were highlighted as breakfast meals and in combination with plant-based menu items. Recipes featured included maikizo egg crepes, sweet potato chorizo hash and cauliflower pizza crust with scrambled eggs.
