With an escalation in wage rates and benefits, the cost of labor required to transfer packs from the end of a lane to cartons has soared.  This is especially the case in plants operating with extensive overtime.  Sanovo offers the CoFlex Case Packer as a retrofit.  The unit has a throughput of 57 cases per hour and is designed with a small footprint to accommodate existing plants.  The robot can lift up to five pounds to accommodate a range of packs and containers.
