Big Dutchman Intensifies After-Sales and Service Capability


Big Dutchman has announced the appointment of Al Fox to the position of VP for After Sales and Farm Services. In this position he will lead a team of technicians to ensure that customers obtain maximum performance from flocks using Big Dutchman installations and equipment.

Fox brings to the company extensive experience in engineering and operations at senior management level. An advocate of strong customer-centric focus he will motivate meaningful interaction between Big Dutchman and customers in the areas of training, operation of installations, preventive service and optimization of function.

Al earned a Baccalaureate degree in Engineering from Kettering University followed by a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University.
