AEB Webinar on Egg Attributes


A webinar entitled “Cracking The Egg Code:  Understanding the Different Options in the Egg Case” was presented by Rachel Bassler, Senior Manager of Nutrition Communications for the AEB Egg Nutrition Center and Dr. Janice Swanson, Professor and Director of Animal Welfare at Michigan State University.

Attendees were informed about choline and lutein levels in eggs and their role in cognition and the benefits of eggs in diets for the first 1,000 post-natal days.
